The Matchcard's system complies with European Privacy aand Security legislation.

Cookies

In compliance with GDPR legislation (https://gdpr.eu/cookies/), the following Cookies are used:

• PHPSESSID: Standard PHP session ID (https://cookiedatabase.org/cookie/php/phpsessid/)
• fuelfid: Session ID for fuelphp (https://fuelphp.com/docs/classes/session/config.html)
• jwt-token: A jwt security token used to manage login (https://jwt.io/)

These are strictly necessary cookies. They manage user login information. The timeout for these Cookies is 60 minutes.

Personal Data

The matchcard system only stores person identifiable data as follows:

• For players, the only information stored is the player's name, club and the player's HI membership number - and all references to players as they appear on matchcards.
• For email based users (registration and admin), only the users email is stored with the user's club.
• For umpires only the umpires name is stored.

When any users add's a signature or note to a card, their username will be stored with the signature/note.

Expiration of Data

The matchcard system stores at most two years of active data for matches. Previous years data is archived in a zipped format. Archive data is not directly accessible, but does not expire as it is historical sports data.
