The club secretary can do the following tasks:

The club secretary will also recieve all emails for the club.

Registering a Club Secretary

A club secretary user is created by an Administrator. The user name is their email address.

The Administrator will not assign a password to the new Club Secretary user. Once the account has been created, the user will use the "Forgotten Password" link on the Login Page to create a new password for their account.

A club can have more than one club secretary - although they will all have the same rights to access club information. Club secretaries can be assigned to one section in a club, or they can be assigned to all sections.
